So I found a great vintage Herman Miller/ Eames shell armchair (parchment)for a decent price with stickers and stamping in near perfect condition! It also has it's original h-base(lounge height)in black, for the purists out there. If anyone has any tips on care or cleaning I would love to hear about them. I will be posting pictures soon.

Just marked down the last of my pillows.

When I saw this rocking chair I had to have it. For a moment I was considering the knock-off just to ease the pain of the price. After going back and forth, and reading many reviews, I realized I would really prefer a vintage Eames (if I can get my hands on one.) My mother is an avid antique collector and growing up I remember visiting auction houses and large antique stores. By her example, I have come to appreciate things that have a story, as well as imperfections. I am sure that it will require a lot of patience to find what I want, I am up for the challenge.

Santa really pulled through this year! This industrial vintage clock from Anthropologie was no. 1 on my list and I was fortunate enough to receive it! Stay tuned, I will be posting a picture of it's new home above my new desk, that my husband so lovingly built for me, soon.

I only have a few gnomes left, looking for a good tree to call home.
